In a Biodanza class, every movement is filled with meaning. Every movement is an expression of life. The dance is our presence, the hope we offer and the gift we receive.

We all want to find place that is filled with love and happiness, in which we can develop feeling protected and loved. Finding that place means overcoming the multiple barriers that prevent us from fully expressing our identity.

This place becomes real when we create it through our thoughts, feelings and movements, integrating and respecting all dimensions of life.

Biodanza is an invitation to reconnect with yourself, to create moments of presence in which to experience yourself "very alive" - alive and empowering in your essence!

ANETE RAIKOVA - Didactic biodanza teacher, prof. master's degree in psychology, therapist in the field of psychotherapy. Since 2012, she have been conducting regular weekly biodanza classes and in-depth thematic biodanza masterclasses. In 2019, she obtained the IBF diploma "Certificato di Facilitatore Didatta" with the right to train new biodanza teachers in the Rolando Toro IBF biodanza schools.
