The Baltic Biodanza School in Latvia invites you to join the Biodanza teacher training program
The Baltic Biodanza School in Latvia is excited to announce the launch of its 5th training cycle this October 2025.
Biodanza is a globally recognized and scientifically proven method for improving health, psychological well-being, and personal development. It was created in the 1960s by anthropologist and psychotherapist Rolando Araneda Toro (Chile, South America). The method is based on research in psychology, biology, and anthropology. It uses a specially designed methodology incorporating music, activating and relaxing movements, dance, and rhythm exercises.
Regular practice of Biodanza helps to better cope with daily stress, increases well-being and joy of life, and creates a stable foundation for emotional, social, and physical health. Biodanza has a wide-reaching impact – it awakens a sense of joy, self-respect, and self-confidence within the individual.
“Everything we need is already within us! We activate what already exists in us and bring it out!”
/Rolando Toro /
The Biodanza training program lasts a minimum of 3.5 years and is held once a month on weekends. The Biodanza teacher education process consists of 34 modules over 3 years, plus 4–8 supervisions and the development of a final thesis. Each training module includes both theoretical learning and practical experience.
During the program, you will learn 21 theoretical modules (theoretical definition of Biodanza, psychology, biology, mythology, human movement, the 5 lines of human potential, etc.), and gain the skills to independently lead Biodanza sessions following R. Toro’s methodology.
In the practical sessions, you will go through a process of self-exploration and transformation, learning to live in harmony with yourself and the world around you. You will enhance your self-esteem and confidence and bring more joy and ease into your daily life.
Upon completion, you will receive a diploma recognized by the Baltic Biodanza School and the International Biocentric Federation (IBF), qualifying you as a Biodanza facilitator, with the right to lead adult groups.
The director of the Baltic Biodanza School is Dr. habil. psych. Marcus Stueck (Germany).
Classes will take place once a month on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
More information about the training program is available.
Training is planned to begin on October 18–19, 2025.

Important! Even if you do not wish to become a Biodanza teacher, you can still participate in the school’s training for personal development (during the first two years). Biodanza is a deep path of personal growth, maturity, and transformation.
