Open weekend of the biodanza school “Psychological aspects of biodanza” with Marcus Stueck (Germany) -> May 16-17

We invite you to join an open weekend of the Biodanza School “Psychological Aspects of Biodanza”, led on May 16-17 by the school director, Prof. Dr. Habil. Marcus Stueck (Germany).

In this workshop, we will explore and embody important psychological aspects through dance. This means experiencing the role of instincts, feelings, emotions, and needs in our daily lives, and how we can regulate and integrate them with the help of Biodanza.
There will also be a journey into our unconscious world, which influences our relationship with ourselves and others, and helps us respond to existential questions. All of this will be deepened and expanded through dance.

The Baltic Biodanza School remains open to new participants, and everyone is warmly welcome to try a school weekend.

⭐ The training will be held in English with translation into Latvian.
