Open weekend of the biodanza school “Identity and integration” with Anete Raikova (Latvija) -> June 6-7
The Baltic Biodanza School continues to invite everyone interested to join the training program. There is also an opportunity to simply come and experience it!
This training weekend’s theme is “Identity and Integration”, led by Anete Raikova (Latvia), Biodanza didactic teacher.
When we are connected with ourselves, the awareness of our identity becomes a deeply touching experience of feeling alive.
Do we always feel connected to who we truly are?
Identity is not only a thought - it is a physical experience representing the sum of all bodily sensations continuously confirming that a person is alive. It reveals itself through the other (through difference), and it is an endless process in which integration becomes the life necessity of reaching its fullest expression - the expression of the fullness of life itself.
In the theoretical model of Biodanza, the vital impulse of life is always moving toward integration. In its movement, it is alive - inviting us not only to remain within concepts, but to discover ourselves within them. Each time there is something new to see within ourselves - where am I in the dance of my life; how do I move toward integration, coherence, and inner harmony? Through movement, we can activate the core of our identity, restore connection, and experience ourselves as unique beings resonating with all living things and deeply connected with them.

ANETE RAIKOVA - Biodanza didactic teacher, Professional Master’s degree in Psychology, therapist in the field of psychotherapy. Since 2012, she has been leading regular weekly Biodanza classes and in-depth thematic Biodanza masterclasses. In 2019, she received the IBF diploma “Certificato di Facilitatore Didatta”, granting her the right to train new Biodanza teachers in Rolando Toro IBF Biodanza schools.
