Open school weekend “Biodanza Biological Aspects” with Nuno Pinto (Portugal)

We invite you to join the open school weekend “Biodanza Biological Aspects” led by Nuno Pinto (Director of the Porto Biodanza School, Portugal).

💥This open school weekend invites students and guests to explore the biological foundations of Biodanza and experience how life, evolution, and human development manifest through movement, emotions, and relationships. Biodanza will be approached not only as a system of personal growth, but as a living process rooted in biology, physiology, and the intelligence of life’s evolution.

💥Through vivencias, short theoretical introductions, and guided reflection, the weekend will highlight how biological processes such as stress regulation, emotional expression, neurophysiological integration, and the formation of relational bonds are activated and harmonized through Biodanza. The focus is on understanding Biodanza as an embodied expression of evolution – where biology comes into movement and life reorganizes itself through dance.

‼️The Baltic Biodanza School has launched the 5th cycle of teacher training, and there is still an opportunity to join or simply try it out.

The weekend is facilitated by Nuno Pinto, a highly experienced and dynamic workshop leader. Together with Ana Maria Silva, he directs the Biodanza School SRT in Porto. With clarity, presence, and depth of experience, Nuno Pinto offers a learning space that integrates scientific understanding with lived biodanzia experience.
