Open Biodanza session “Biodanza and the Creative Process” with Marcus Stueck (Germany)
You are warmly invited to join the open Biodanza session “Biodanza and the Creative Process”, led by Prof. Dr. habil. Marcus Stueck, Director of the Baltic Biodanza School (Germany).
💥 Creativity does not always need a plan – sometimes it needs a breath, a meeting, a body that says “Yes” again. Through music, movement and connection, we open a space for inspiration, play and authentic expression – beyond pressure and perfectionism.
💥 No previous experience is required – only the willingness to participate!
👉 Biodanza is a globally recognized, scientifically supported unique method of health promotion, psychological well-being intervention, and personal development, created in the 1960s by anthropologist and psychotherapist Rolando Toro (Chile, South America).
👉 It is a self-regulating system with a specially developed methodology that uses music, activating and relaxing movement, dance and rhythm exercises. Regular practice of Biodanza helps to cope more easily with everyday stress, increases well-being and joy of life, and creates a stable foundation for emotional, social and physical health.
⭐ The session will be held in English with translation into Latvian.
