We warmly invite you to join the open Biodanza School weekend "Trance and Regression", led by the school's director, Prof. Dr. habil. Marcus Stueck (Germany), on July 4–5.
We all live in different realities. This depends on our ability to expand our awareness of the incredible universe within ourselves, in others, and in nature. Biodanza offers exercises and a methodology that allow us to connect, in a loving and gentle way, with different levels of our needs and consciousness.
During this weekend, we will immerse ourselves in profound individual and group vivencias, exploring the world of trance and regression.
The regression level provides deep relaxation and serves as a healing process that helps restore our connection with life and love.
Prof. Dr. Marcus Stueck is a highly experienced Biodanza teacher who will gently guide you on this journey. Whether you wish to deepen your Biodanza experience or simply enjoy dancing together, you are warmly welcome to join us.
The Baltic Biodanza School is still open to new participants, and everyone is warmly invited to experience our school weekends.
⭐ The training will be held in English with translation into Latvian.
