Open Biodanza school weekend "Biographical aspects and biodanza" with M.Stueck (Germany)

BALTIC BIODANZA SCHOOL invites to the 4.cycle weekend "Biographical aspects and Biodanza" which will be led by Baltic Biodanza school director prof.dr.habil. Marcus Stueck (Germany).

What plays a role in our biography are not merits and memories that lie in the past, but masks that I wear today and that were created yesterday. That's what two psychotherapists from Italy say, Hilaria Cavanese and Roberto Gislon.
On this special school weekend, we should become aware of these masks by reflecting on them. This makes it possible for us to follow a path of love and truth, to get to know each other better and to mature and transform.

This is the polar bear's way of honest reflection from the body to the head. butterflies. In small groups we learn to talk about our inner selves without shame and guilt. love and truth. Transformation and maturation are complete through the vivencia of honest authentic self-expression in connection with others and nature. This is the penguin way, from the head back into the body. And it is the path of our Biodanza school in which polar bears and penguins connect.

On the weekend we experience both: reflecting and vivencia. Guests are welcome. Please bring something to eat. We share together.
The weekend is open to guests who want to deepen Biodanza expierence and dance with school members.
