Open biodanza lesson-supervision "The healing power of touch" with Iveta Grossteina

You are warmly welcomed at the event organized by the Baltic Biodanza School:
* At the beginning at 18:00 there will be a presentation of the final work of biodanza teacher Iveta Grossteina on the topic "Healing power of touch".
* Then at 18:45 there will be a presentation of the final of biodanza teacher Sandra Filipsones on the topic "Identity formation under the influence of biodanza".
* At 19:30 there will be an open biodanza vicencia-supervision "Healing power of touch", led by Iveta Grossteina, a biodanza teacher under supervision.

Touch soothes, heals, provides a sense of security, supports, encourages, cheers, allows a sense of belonging, empowers, strengthens and caresses.

Touch, just like the air we breathe, water and food we enjoy, is one of our basic needs and an irreplaceable necessity. Touch is the first sense that we feel, even before birth, while rocking in the amniotic fluid. Through the touch of the mother's palm, we form our first relationship with the world and an idea of it. The feeling of touch calms us, creates a sense of security and belonging throughout our future lives. If we lack safe touch, it affects our biochemical processes and we become more emotionally unstable, insecure and anxious - this affects our self-esteem and relationships with others.

Come to dance with us! Biodanza can be danced by anyone at any age, neither dancing skills nor any other skills are required.

The lesson/presentation will be held into Latvian with English translation.
