Open Biodanza class "Winter’s Magical Fire" with Anete Raikova
You are warmly invited to join the open Biodanza class "Winter’s Magical Fire", led by Anete Raikova, a didactic Biodanza teacher.
"Nature is calm and quiet… a time for reflection… a time to look inward… a time to invite divine spark, order, and harmony within…"
In this session, we will connect with our true depths, the force of life and nature, which serves as our guiding strength. Biodanza invites you to connect with the “heart” space within yourself and others, gently harmonizing mind and heart in a unified rhythm.
Biodanza (or Biocentric Dance) is a globally recognized, scientifically proven method for health, well-being, and personal development. Developed in the 1960s by anthropologist and psychotherapist Rolando Toro (Chile, South America), it is a self-regulating system with a specially designed methodology using music, movement, dance, and rhythm exercises.
Practicing Biodanza regularly helps manage daily stress more effectively, enhances joy and well-being, and creates a solid foundation for emotional, social, and physical health.
In this class, we will embrace the mystery and magic of winter, exploring our inner depths and celebrating the power of connection—gaining more from life and nature as our guiding force.
The session will be held in Latvian, with translation available into English or Russian if needed.
