Open Biodanza class "The touch of Eros in life"

You are warmly invited to join the open Biodanza class "The touch of Eros in life", led by Anete Raikova, a didactic Biodanza teacher.

❤️ Eros carries a sparkling and emotional enthusiasm that gives us the vital impulse to connect with life. It can flourish in a variety of forms.

❤️ Eroticism, through the principles of attraction, distancing, and closeness, reveals a unique life energy that is the essence of being alive.

❤️ In this session, through dance, we will cultivate the courage to discover and create what deeply moves us, awaken our creative power, and open ourselves to experiences where we feel intensely alive-so that joy and pleasure become our companions.

💥 Biodanza is an invitation to connect with your own and others' "heart" space, gently uniting your mind and heart in a harmonious, synchronized rhythm.

💥 Biodanza is a globally recognized, scientifically proven method for health intervention, psychological well-being, and personal development, created in the 1960s by anthropologist and psychotherapist Rolando Toro (Chile, South America).

💥 In the session, we will connect with the mystery and magic of winter. We will connect with our true depths, celebrate the power of connection, and gain more from our lives and nature as a guiding force.

💥 It is a self-regulating system with a specially designed methodology that uses music, activating and relaxing movements, dance, and rhythmic exercises. Regular Biodanza practice helps to cope more easily with daily stress, increases well-being and joy, and creates a stable foundation for emotional, social, and physical health.

⭐ The session will be held in Latvian. If needed, we can provide translation into English and Russian.
