Open biodanza class "Love is all around us" with Marcus Stueck (Germany)

You are warmly welcomed to the open biodanza class "Love is all around us", which will be led by the director of the Baltic Biodanza school, prof.dr.habil. Marcus Stueck (Germany). The event will be introduced by the presentation of the final work of Maija Pontaga, Biodanza teacher under supervision. After that, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a Biodanza class-vivencia led by Marcus Stueckas - the prelude to the XIII biodanza summer camp.

Biodanza camp called "Affectiveness is biocosmic intelligence" will take place on the weekend (July 29-30) in "Lizari", Jelgava district, we will experience it together with Biodanza teacher Racheli Turtz from Israel. Already at friday's event, you will have the opportunity to meet Racheli Turtz!

Come to dance with us! Biodanza can be danced by anyone at any age, neither dancing skills nor any other skills are required.

Biodanza is a call to connect with one's own and another's "heart" space, gently connecting one's mind and heart in a harmonious rhythm.
The lesson will be held in English with translation into Latvian.

MARCUS STUECK was born in Leipzig, Germany. He is scientist and Professor at the University of Leipzig and guest Professor at the Master's Department of Psychology at the University of Latvia, also a yoga instructor, psychotherapist and world-renowned Biodanza teacher.

At the University of Leipzig, he obtained the qualification of the university teacher with scientific works on yoga and the Biodanza method. In 2006, he obtained his first postdoctoral degree at the University of Leipzig with his scientific work on immunoglobulin changes in the human body during Biodanza session.

For many years, Stueck has worked together with Prof. Rolando Toro Araneda, the author of Biodanza method, while carrying out other social projects, for example, for children with AIDS in Tanzania (Africa). Now he continues to introduce people to the Biodanza method within the framework of various projects in many countries of the world.

In 2008 and 2009, for the first time, M. Stueck led Biodanza classes for future dance teachers and psychology students in Latvia. Currently, Markus Stueck is the director and teacher of the Baltic Biodanza School in Riga.
