Open biodanza class "Living in the moment" with Gabriele Freyhoff & Marcuss Stueck (Germany)

You are warmly welcomed on Friday, March 22, at 19:30 in the open BIODANZA lesson "Living in the moment", led by Gabriele Freyhoff, School of Biodanza in Cologne (Germany) director and Marcus Stueck, Baltic Biodanza school director (Germany).

The subject of the vivencia will be the main instrument of Biodanza the Vivencia. Rolando Toro describes it in the following way “Vivencia is the fully lived present moment. Biodanza, emphasising living experience more than verbal information, allowing internal transformation to begin without the intervention of the mental processes of repression.” Come and dance with us!

Biodanza can be danced by anyone of any age, no dancing skills or any other skills are required!

The lesson/presentation will be held into english with latvian translation.
