Open biodanza class "Eros - the vital language of the soul" with Aneta Raikova

You are warmly welcomed at the event organized by the Baltic Biodanza School:
at 19:00 there will be an open biodanza vivencia "Eros - the vital language of the soul", which will be led by Anete Raikova, a didactic biodanza teacher.
In Greek mythology, we find Eros, which is like magnetism that unites the whole universe. Human love is only one of its many manifestations. Eroticism, using the principle of attraction, distance and approximation, reveals a unique life energy that is the basis of being alive. Eros has a sparkling and emotional enthusiasm that gives us the impulse to connect with life.
In the biodanza class/lesson, through dance, we will increase the courage to discover and create what deeply moves us, we will mobilize our creative power, we will open ourselves to the experience in which we are intensely alive, so that joy and pleasure are our companions when starting the New Year!
Come to dance with us! Biodanza can be danced by anyone at any age, neither dancing skills nor any other skills are required.
