Join to the teacher training! Identity and integration

The Baltic Biodanza School still invites all interested people to join the 4th study group. It is also possible to just try it!

This weekend's theme is "Identity and Integration", led by Anete Raikova (Latvia), a biodanza didactic teacher. When we are connected to ourselves, our sense of identity is a touching experience to feel alive.

Identity is not just a thought, it is a physical experience that represents the sum of the senses of the whole body, which constantly proves to a person that it is alive. It is revealed through each other (the other) and it is an endless process where integration is the necessity of life to reach its maximum manifestation - the manifestation of the fullness of life.

In the theoretical model of biodanza, the vital impulse of life always tends towards integration. In its movement, it is alive - it calls not only to stay in the concepts, but to find oneself in it. Every time there is something to see in myself - where I am in the dance of my life; as I approach integration - coherence and harmony within oneself. Through movement we can activate the core of our identity, reconnect and experience ourselves as a unique creature that resonates with and is closely connected with everything.
