Biodanza is more than just dance – it’s an invitation to experience the world and ourselves through movement and connection. At the Biodanza Festival in Riga, we’ll dive into a shared space of bonding, where we connect beyond words and touch the essence of who we are.

Teachers from across Latvia will be joining the festival, with some guiding vivencias – immersive sessions that allow us to explore and deepen our experience of Biodanza. It’s a unique opportunity to discover Biodanza activities happening throughout Latvia and to meet a vibrant community dedicated to growth and connection.

This year, we’re honored to celebrate the 15th year of the Baltic Biodanza School in Riga. 2010 the movement in Latvia started.

The Riga Festival promises intense and enriching moments, inviting us to see ourselves and each other from a new perspective – with love, respect, and openness. Let’s come together to celebrate the connections that guide us through life’s dance.

𝟗:𝟒𝟓 – 𝟏𝟏:𝟎𝟎 Presentation "The Potential of Biodanza" – The Baltic Biodanza School and the Latvian Biodanza Teachers' Association in the past, present, and future.
Marcus Stueck, Vineta Grivza, Anete Raikova, and Diana Sturmane will introduce the activities of the Baltic Biodanza School in the Baltic countries and outline future visions.
