AFFECTIVENESS with Aneta Raikova. Join the Biodanza teacher training!

The Baltic Biodanza School still invites all interested people to join the 4th study group. It is also possible to just try it! This weekend's theme is "Affectivity", led by Anete Raikova (Latvia), a biodanza didactic teacher.

Affectivity is an all-encompassing love for people and life in general, it is the ability to feel tenderness in every moment of life and appreciate the uniqueness of the moment. It is a connection with life itself.
What factors are at work in me that hinder or help in situations to be open, trust and build loving relationships with myself, others and life?

We all want to find a place filled with love and happiness, where we can thrive, feel protected and loved, where we can safely express our identity. Finding this place means overcoming all the barriers within ourselves that prevent us from giving and receiving love. The founder of Biodanza, Rolando Toro, talks about affectivity as our biological nature and biocosmic intelligence. Biodanza is an invitation to open that place within yourself, where a loving presence becomes the basis for relationships with yourself, others and life itself.
